This software "Self-Loading Cargo" is provided "AS-IS" and no warranty is supplied or implied.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Refunds & Cooling Off Period

You may request a refund of the product within fourteen days of purchase provided you have not activated the software with your account details. Once activation has been completed, the software is deemed used and a refund will no longer be provided.

Once you have activated the software, you waive your right to a refund due to the digital download nature of the software.

If fourteen days passes without activating the software, your right to a refund is automatically rescinded regardless of activation status.

Early Access Software

The software you are purchasing is currently in "early access" which means some features are incomplete and the software, while usable, is still in development and may contain issues (although every reasonable effort will be taken to avoid this from happening).

Software Compatibility

Every effort has been taken to ensure that Self-Loading Cargo works well with other third party applications that may be connected to flight simulation software - however no guarantees are provided and the software is provided "as-is". Future updates may improve compatibility where an issue exists, can be reproduced and is able to be solved in a reasonable timescale.

Software Updates

Timescales for future updates (if given) are not guaranteed, are estimates only, and may be subject to change at any time. Planned update information will be provided on the Product Roadmap page on the website which is publicly accessible to all customers.

Discord Server

Membership and participation in the Discord server is provided at our discretion and can be revoked at any time if the owners deem your conduct to be unnacceptable. Reasons for revoking membership include, but are not limited to, racism, bullying, intolerance, piracy, harrassment, rudeness, spamming, swearing and self-promotion without permission.

To participate in the Discord server you are required to have a Customer Role which you can self-grant from visiting your account page on this website. *coming soon*

Intellectual Property

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that all content presented to you on this Website is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws, and is the sole property of Lanilogic Technology Solutions Ltd.

You are only permitted to use the content as expressly authorized by us or the specific content provider. Termination of Service

Lanilogic Technology Solutions Ltd reserves the right to terminate this Terms and Conditions agreement and/or suspend your account at any time in case of unauthorized, or suspected unauthorized use of the Website or Software whether in contravention of this Terms and Conditions or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• Software Piracy and/or Reverse Engineering of the software, website or part thereof.
• Infringement of any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party
• Circumvention of Security Measures
• Unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk email (also known as "spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling
• Victimisation, harassment, degradation, or intimidation of an individual or group of individuals on any basis including but not limited to that of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability
• Impersonation of any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives

We neither endorse nor assume any liability for the contents of any material uploaded or submitted by third party users of the Website. We generally do not pre-screen, monitor, or edit the content posted by users of communications services, chat rooms, message boards, newsgroups, software libraries, or other interactive services that may be available on or through this Website.

If Lanilogic Technology Solutions Ltd terminates this Terms and Conditions agreement, or suspends/terminates your account for any of the reasons set out in this section, Lanilogic Technology Solutions Ltd. shall have no liability or responsibility to you.
